 Wrinkles are formed as a person grows older as the skin loses its elasticity. Smoking, exposure to sunlight, stress, dehydration and poor skin care can accelerate wrinkle formation. Some of the home remedies for making wrinkles less noticeable are:

1. Apply egg white to the area with wrinkles to form a thin layer. Wait till it dries and then wash it away with cold water. This can be done on alternate days according to your convenience.

2. Castor oil should be applied to wrinkles regularly to make them less noticeable. Alternately, Coconut oil may be massaged on the skin. 


3.Pineapple juice or apple juice should be applied on the skin and kept for 10 to 15 minutes. It should then be washed off. Alternately, the core of a fresh pineapple should be rubbed on the wrinkles , so that pineapple juice is absorbed.

4. A daily facial massage will help prevent formation of  wrinkles on the face and neck. Starting from the neck, massage your skin slowly.

5.If you do not drink enough water, it can cause dehydration of  the skin, causing loss of elasticity and wrinkle formation. Drink at least 8 glasses of water, more if you exercise a lot or the weather is hot. Plenty of fresh fruits and vegetable will provide nutrients to the skin and prevent wrinkles.


6. Papaya juice and cucumber juice can be massaged on the skin as they remove dead skin cells . The juice can be applied overnight and then washed away.


7. Limit exposure to ultraviolet  radiation from sunlight, reduce alcohol intake and do not smoke.


8. 1 tablespoon fresh Flaxseed oil , taken 4 times a day, may be helpful  in making forehead wrinkles less noticeable.


9. Emu oil and aloevera gel moisten the skin, tighten the pores and make the wrinkles less noticeable.
